Start your day with a welcome tea/coffee and wholesome snack ahead of your Perimenopause and Menopause discussion.

Menopause Discussion

The Norfolk Menopause will lead an informative talk about the Perimenopause and Menopause. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions.

Pilates Session

Polly from Rise Collective Pilates will guide you through a 45mins Pilates session with focus on flexibility, strength and balance. There will be modifications where needed and this class is aimed at all fitness levels. Polly will also discuss the benefits of exercise during the Perimenopause and Menopause.

Nutrition Workshop

Katie from Loveday Nutrition will take you through a workshop on Nutrition. She will empower you with tips and tools to help balance hormones, improve your energy levels and help support your body through the Perimenopause and Menopause.

Lunch and Refreshments

This is your time to relax and connect with other guests while enjoying a nutritious lunch curated by the team at Loveday Nutrition.
