  • My signature 45 min Pilates class focuses on strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles in a balanced and holistic way. It is a dynamic full-body workout using light hand weights, bands and balls to create resistance and add a little spice to the workout.

    This class isn't just about fitness; it's about fostering an enhanced sense of overall well-being and body awareness that will transcend the mat and infiltrate your daily life. Prepare to feel the burn, challenge yourself with these dynamic movements, and leave feeling energised, toned, and ready to take on the day.

    This dynamic, full-body workout uses a variety of equipment, including light hand weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls.

    • £60 for block of 6 classes or £10 drop in

  • I offer 1:1 sessions and also the option for small group sessions for up to 2-4 people. These sessions are a great opportunity to work on specific goals. I will tailor the workout to your requirements and work with you to achieve your fitness and wellbeing goal. The sessions can take place in your own home and I will provide all props and equipment.

Pilates Sculpt

  • This popular class focuses on sculpting and toning. Working through a series of conditioning exercises to strengthen and mobilise your whole body.

    You will finish the session feeling strong and full of energy, invigorated and ready to face whatever the day may bring. Take this time for yourself and get stronger, fitter and more confident.

    All levels welcome

    You will need a mat and light hand weights (1KG)

  • These 30 min sessions are aimed to get you ready for your day. These short, but powerful workouts vary from strength, barre, pilates flow, sculpt, lower body & upper body
