About me

I am a trained Pilates instructor based in Norwich.

I love to move my body through Pilates, strength training, walking, swimming and running, and I am passionate about empowering women to love their bodies and feel confident through fitness and exercise. My aim is to create a community for like-minded women to come together to exercise and get strong together within a non-judgemental and fun environment.

I understand the challenges women face when it comes to exercising and I want to create a programme that works for you within your lifestyle and make sure it is sustainable and become part of everyday life. I know first hand the real benefits of exercise on health and wellbeing and I know I can make a difference to other women and their journey to a healthy lifestyle and body.

I am currently studying to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer and I look forward to gaining more knowledge to help my clients on their fitness journey. I have also completed a short course in ‘Menopause Movement’ which has given me a better understanding of the challenges that women face during midlife and beyond.

“At a Pilates class with Polly you can be sure to feel the burn! I’ve loved getting back into exercise with her classes that offer a flowing, dynamic form of pilates. I feel lengthened stronger and pleasantly aches after each one.”
