I am passionate about how we can improve our wellbeing, and my aim is to empower as many people to discover new ways to move and connect with themselves and others around them.

I offer private sessions, group classes and online Zoom sessions, so there is something for everyone. Why not try one of my classes and discover the benefits of exercise for yourself?

With an emphasis on strengthening exercises, I promote mindful movement to improve overall health and wellbeing with a focus on improving muscle mass, strengthening bones as well as lengthening and toning all muscle groups. I want people to leave the classes feeling energised, strong and confident in their bodies.
